This is a multi-disciplinary conference and we welcome papers from diverse areas of medical device development, deployment, usage and business. Engineering, clinical and business papers pertaining to the theme of the conference are welcome. We also welcome open-ended papers from clinicians where they might have identified a particular unmet need in their practice that may be set forth as a challenge for the engineering community to solve. Startup founders are welcome to submit papers on their products or business .
All papers must be submitted in the prescribed template. The Microsoft word template can be downloaded from here: MTC Word template The Google doc template may be edited in your google drive directly from here. Please follow the instructions in the template for proper formatting of the papers. Please limit your papers to maximum of 4 pages. Extra pages will incur additional publication charges which shall be passed on to the authors.
All papers should be submitted as single PDF files through Easy-chair paper submission portal. The papers may be resubmitted any time before the deadlines. But no submission after the last dates shall be accepted.
Submitted papers shall undergo a peer review process supervised by the editorial board of MTC. Proceedings of MTC shall be published through our publication partner Taylor & Francis.
For each accepted paper, at-least one of the author is required to register for the conference and and present their work as a poster. If no-one shows up for paper presentation those papers shall be removed from the proceedings of MTC. All accepted papers are automatically evaluated for best paper awards. Cash prizes of more than Rs. 1 Lakh shall be given away by the conference. Internships will be on offer from major companies and startups.
