    1. Attendee: Access to all the plenary talks, paper presentations and hands-on sessions.
      Registration fees : Rs. 2000/-.

    2. Author: Only those whose papers are selected in the MTC can register as authors. Selected papers shall be included in the proceedings of MTC. Proceedings of MTC shall be published through our publication partner Taylor and Francis and shall be submitted to Scopus and Clarivate. Authors will have access to all the talks, paper presentations and hands-on sessions. Automatic entry into best-papers competition.
      Registration fees : Rs. 3000/-.
    3. Hackathon participant : PGI Departmental visits and clinician interactions. Access to the overnight workshop and automatic entry into MedTech hackathon. The top solution documents shall be published in the proceedings of the MTC. Access to all the talks, paper presentations and hands-on sessions. You should first fill the following form expressing your interest before Nov. 05: A selection committee shall look at all the applications and shortlist applicants based on quality. These applicants shall be invited to register for the hackathon by paying the registration fees. If the applicant with offer do not register in a week, their slot shall be given to next candidates in waiting list. Seats are limited to 40 and we will close registrations once we reach the requisite number of registrations.
      Registration fees : Rs. 3000/- (includes accommodation and food for three days. IIT Ropar students are required to pay only Rs. 1500/- as they will not be provided separate accommodation)

If one is selected to enter both as an author and a hackathon participant, registration fees shall be Rs. 4500/-. Rs. 3000/- for IIT Ropar participants

Those who need accommodation in IIT Ropar hostel, same may be arranged at a rate of Rs. 500 per day. Hackathon participants are required to stay in the hostels and same is included in their registration fees, they need not pay separately.

Cash prizes worth more than Rs. 1 Lakh shall be given to authors of Best Papers and winners of Hackathon. Participants from Engineering, Medicine, Design and Management are encouraged to register and submit papers.
